Precipitation Modeling of Gwadar Port Baluchistan for Environmental Sustainability using Multilinear Regression Analysis Technique

چکیده

Precipitation is the main source of fresh water in cycle. Climate change, because global warming and consequent change cycle, a security issue. It would significantly influence food security. Disasters such as floods droughts lead to an adverse effect on economy, peace, geo-political situation around world. In present study, precipitation patterns at Gwadar port quantified context climate since it crown jewel China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), well vital part One Belt Road (OBOR) project. A data set 40 years (1979-2018) analyzed utilizing Mann-Kendall (MK) technique for trend detection, Multi-Linear Regression Analysis (MLR) develop model study area. The presents potential determinants causing variability selected region. developed accounts 80.47% (51.16%) variability. successfully passed all estimation tests. This research will help policymakers legislation. also addresses United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG): SDG# 13 (Climate Action).
